Knowledge work with an audit trail, not a black box
A consultancy was rewriting the same research and proposals on every engagement. Speed mattered. So did being able to stand behind the answer.

- The problem
- The firm’s best material lived in personal drives and finished decks. Juniors rebuilt it. Partners rewrote it. Anything that looked like generative AI was unusable if nobody could see what it had drawn on.
- What we did
- We built an internal knowledge platform over the documents the firm already trusted, with assistants for research and first drafts. Every suggestion cited its source. Review stayed with the partner. Nothing left the tenancy.
- What changed
- First drafts in hours rather than days, and a trail a client — or a regulator — could follow. The practice sped up without pretending judgement was optional.
